First, what's not fuzzy is that the FREE 5th deck is UNLOCKED. If you are at $5 or $12, please consider upgrading your pledge level:

• Pledge $20 for FIVE digital decks.
• Pledge $40 for FIVE printed decks. Digital decks included.
• Pledge $60 for SEVEN printed decks. Digital decks included.

What *is* fuzzy are some of my numbers from the last update. Now that there are five decks of Storypath Cards, the $5 add-on now nets you TEN cards.

Also fuzzy is what each mission is worth toward this $5. If you did at least three of the missions, then all 10 cards are free. One or two missions is worth a discount of $1 or $2. But don't worry about that part too much. We'll work it out in the end.

This means we’re in the midst of Days of Intrigue! From now now until the end of the project you have the opportunity to earn two bonus Path of Intrigue cards. Your (semi-)secret mission? After you heed these instructions, please send me a message here on Kickstarter with a link to your tweet and you’ll earn the two bonus cards for your Path of Intrigue.

This is rather important. Please tell me by way of message and not in a project comment. This way if you fulfill several objectives, such as both Days of Adventure and Days of Intrigue, then I'll have hat information in your message chain. Thanks!

These bonus cards are not part of the Path of Intrigue that’s available as a project reward. They are only available as loot for undertaking this top-secret mission. If you’re backing the project for a digital reward, then you’ll receive PDF copies of the bonus cards. If you’ve pledged at a level for the printed cards, then the bonus cards are in print.

Remember, since the cards for all decks of Storypath Cards work together, you don't even need to have the complete Path of Intrigue to use these cards. Backing at the $12 level for Path of Hope? You'll still receive these two Path of Intrigue cards.

I know a lot of people post and comment about Kickstarter projects without additional motivations (bribery!), but I think Storypath Cards in particular are a product that may have broad appeal to gamers, and I’m anxious to get the word out. Enough word could propel us to the stretch goal for a free fifth deck of cards! (We're nearly halfway through the project *and* almost halfway to that goal, so it's possible!)

Days of Horror!

We’re in the final days. The final, pulse-pounding, dread-filled days of wondering how the all-important final 48 hours will go for (or against!) the project. It’s a real stretch now to imagine reaching the goal for a new fifth deck of Storypath Cards, but it’s possible, and projects can do crazy things in the final days.

Still, these final days of the project are the Days of Horror, and the project headers will revert from this one for Path of Hope:

Please share the project via the means described in the prior updates for Days of Adventure, Days of Intrigue and Days of Hope.

Collecting bonus cards for Days of Horror is *really* easy! Everyone will do this one, right?! Just go to the Nocturnal Media website homepage, scroll to the bottom and “Subscribe For Updates”. Do that, then send me a message (not a comment!) here on Kickstarter, and I’ll add two brand-new Path of Horror cards to your rewards. If you’re backing at a digital level, then the cards will be digital, and if at a print level then you’ll receive these cards in print.

The “Days of” offers now allow you to collect an additional 8 cards that are not otherwise available.

I’ll check back again when we pass $20k! If we hit that with more than 24 hours to go, then I’ll initiate a vote for the free fifth deck, because the final stretch goal will be within reach!

Introductory Remarks

Very nice! With your support we’ve achieved the core stretch goals of new artwork and bonus cards to the Storypath decks. There’s one more stretch goal out there. It sits at about twice the current support for this project, but it’s by no means out of reach. By rule of thumb, the final few days of a project is when a third of the support arrives. Achieving this goal means a free fifth deck of Storypath Cards for everyone who has pledged $40+.

I added the $20 all digital reward after the project launched, so my stretch goal graphic doesn’t reflect this, but I’ll also provide this bonus deck as a free digital bonus to those at the $20 level.

Please spread the word as requested in these various “Days of” (and get yourself some bonus cards in the process) and you greatly improve the project’s chances of achieving this final stretch goal. Thanks!
